At Niwa, every product is created specially for you once an order is placed.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, color preference, or change of mind.
However, we happily provide free replacements or refunds in these cases:

Every item is manufactured and fulfilled after the order is placed, which allows us to reduce waste and offer unique designs.
Processing time: 2–7 business days

Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons or customs processing.

Any customs/import fees, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.
If tracking has not updated for more than 15 business days, please contact us and we will investigate with the shipping carrier.
